Zak G's 5th post TATDPTIndian, chapters "In like a Lion" - "Because Russian Guys are not alwaslys Geniuses"

Well another death occurred and it just had to be his sister, right after all the winning and feeling good of the basketball season.  I was all happy for Junior with him winning, though I did realize that beating welpininit was sort of bad, he had gotten through a whole season and had even blocked Rowdy who had been superior (in Junior's eyes) to him in almost every physical way. It seemed like things were really looking up for Junior with the basketball season coming to a good ending (only losing twice is pretty good), but the just a few months from his Grandma's death his sister dies.  It seems like Junior can never get a break, but I think that he is a little hard on himself.  He blames himself for all the deaths but he shouldn't because it is not his fault.  One thing that did surprise me though was Rowdy crying at Mary's funeral.  All through out the book Rowdy has been the tough guy and the defender and the pain dealer outer, so that is why it confused me why he was crying at Mary's funeral.  I do not remember any portion of the book where it explains whether or not Rowdy has feelings for Mary, so that is kind of why I am confused.  Also it was the level of tears that were being shown, but maybe it will explain that later in the book.
